Comedy for Koby returns to raise spirits and funds for victims of terror

American comedians tour Israel in support of the Koby Mandell Foundation’s trauma relief programs.

In a powerful blend of laughter and healing, Comedy for Koby is returning to stages across Israel next week, bringing top-tier English-language comedy while raising critical funds for victims of terror and trauma.

Founded by beloved comedian and emcee Avi Liberman in 2008, the Comedy for Koby tour has become an institution on the Israeli entertainment calendar. Despite the ongoing war, the mission remains unchanged: uplift spirits and support those recovering from devastating loss.

This season’s lineup features a trio of accomplished American comedians. Ray Ellin, host of the Wild Nights on the Prairie podcast and owner of Aruba’s top-rated comedy club, brings his high-energy style. Erin Maguire, fresh from appearances on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, joins with sharp wit and thoughtful insight. Rounding out the group is Brian Scott McFadden, a New York club veteran and talented voice actor whose credits include Ice Age II, Robots, and The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.

Each performer is donating their time and talent to benefit The Koby Mandell Foundation, established in memory of Koby Mandell and Yosef Ishran two boys tragically murdered in a 2001 terrorist attack. The foundation offers therapeutic support, community programs, and educational resources to those affected by terror and tragedy.

“Avi Liberman brings something special to Israeli audiences,” said one organizer. “He doesn't just perform he connects deeply with the people here, blending humor with heart in a way that’s truly healing.”

The tour will make stops in Beit Shemesh (June 12), Alon Shvut in Gush Etzion (June 14), Tel Aviv (June 15), Jerusalem (June 16), Modi’in (June 17), and Ra’anana (June 18). With every laugh, attendees support a greater cause restoring hope to those impacted by terror.
