IDF Arrests 60 Terrorists in West Bank Raids, Seizes Dozens of Weapons
Advanced Israeli systems will be integrated into U.S.-made CH-53K helicopters, enhancing their combat readiness and tailoring them to Israel’s operational needs.

The IDF arrested approximately 60 wanted individuals during widespread counterterror operations across the West Bank this week, seizing dozens of weapons and targeting terrorist networks behind recent attacks on Israeli civilians and soldiers.
Among those detained were operatives linked to Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad, including individuals involved in manufacturing explosive devices. The arrests were concentrated in the Menashe Regional Brigade area, where soldiers uncovered M16 rifles, weapon parts, and other military-grade equipment.
In a series of high-risk missions, troops also confiscated six live firearms and ten airsoft weapons believed to be used in operational training. These raids are part of Israel’s ongoing campaign to eliminate terrorist threats before they reach Israeli cities.
The IDF also carried out over 100 additional operations in the Etzion Regional Brigade sector, including the demolition of the home belonging to the terrorist responsible for the murder of Shalev Zevoluni last July a move intended to deter future attacks.
While the military has not provided an exact timeline for the raids, the scale of the operation signals continued momentum in Israel’s preemptive strategy to neutralize threats from within the West Bank. Security officials remain focused on preventing further escalation and deterring terrorist elements seeking to destabilize the region.
Meanwhile, on Thursday, a terrorist opened fire on IDF troops operating near the Yellow Line in the northern Gaza Strip. Fortunately, no soldiers were injured. The IDF quickly responded with a targeted strike against terror infrastructure in the area, reaffirming Israel’s commitment to immediate retaliation when under fire.
In a separate development, US CENTCOM chief Admiral Brad Cooper commended the efforts of Israeli and American military personnel working at the Civil-Military Coordination Center (CMCC) near Kiryat Gat. In a social media post, Cooper praised the CMCC team for facilitating over 4,200 weekly truckloads of humanitarian aid into Gaza, in alignment with President Donald Trump’s 20-Point Peace Plan.
“These joint efforts reflect the extraordinary coordination and dedication of the CMCC,” Cooper wrote. “Keep up the great work!”
While the IDF remains in a constant state of alert, it also continues to demonstrate control, capability, and commitment to justice holding terrorists accountable while ensuring humanitarian pathways remain open for civilians in need.
Israel will continue to act decisively wherever terror hides whether in homes, tunnels, or under the cover of night. Security and peace demand nothing less.
