IDF Seizes 170,000 Military Items in Multi-Front Warfare Operations

The IDF announced on Wednesday that it has seized over 170,000 military items during the ongoing 15-month war against Hamas in Gaza, Hezbollah in Lebanon, and hostile forces in Syria.

While the majority of these items were captured from Hamas and Hezbollah, the military noted that since December 7, it has also confiscated approximately 3,300 military items from Syria, in addition to the large stockpile it destroyed earlier in the month.

IDF Division 210, operating in Syria, has seized a variety of military assets, including:

• 1,500 rockets and RPGs

• 570 electronic military devices

• 165 large rockets and shells

• 20 anti-aircraft missiles

• Tanks, mortars, surveillance equipment, and other weaponry

In Lebanon, the IDF reported that it has seized 85,170 Hezbollah military items from more than 30 villages in southern Lebanon since the start of the war. These include:

• 2,250 larger rockets

• 6,840 anti-tank missiles and rockets, including 340 advanced Kornet missiles

• 60 anti-aircraft missiles

• 20 vehicles equipped for rocket launches

• 9,000 improvised explosives

• 5,560 firearms

• 60,800 electronic items, military equipment, and intelligence documents

The remaining 80,000-85,000 items were confiscated from Hamas in Gaza throughout the course of the war.

This large-scale seizure of enemy weapons and equipment underscores the IDF’s operational success in dismantling terrorist infrastructure across multiple fronts. The announcement comes as Israel continues its military operations while simultaneously engaging in negotiations for a potential ceasefire and hostage deal with Hamas.
