Israel Air Force Eliminates Armed Terror Cell in West Bank Strike

The Israel Air Force (IAF) successfully carried out a precision airstrike against an armed terrorist cell in Tubas, West Bank, on Wednesday evening, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed. The operation was based on intelligence provided by the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) to neutralize an imminent threat.

The Palestinian Health Ministry reported that at least ten individuals were killed in the strike, while the Red Crescent initially confirmed three deaths and multiple injuries. The extent of casualties remains under review as Israeli forces continue counterterrorism efforts in the region.

Ongoing Counterterrorism Operations in the West Bank

In a separate IDF operation, Israeli forces demolished the home of the terrorist responsible for the murder of Stf.-Sgt. (res.) Elchanan Ariel Klein and the injury of four Border Police officers on November 2, 2023. The joint operation between the IDF, Shin Bet, and Border Police aimed to send a clear deterrent message against future attacks.

As Israel intensifies its counterterrorism efforts, security forces remain vigilant in disrupting terror networks in Judea and Samaria, preventing further violence against Israeli civilians and security personnel.
