Israel’s leading Web3 conference unveils full agenda for Building Blocks 2025
Building Blocks returns to Jaffa Port with industry leaders and cutting-edge crypto innovation.

As Tel Aviv pulses with energy during ETHTLV Week, one event stands out as a magnet for global Web3 talent: Building Blocks 2025. Set to take place this Thursday at the vibrant Jaffa Port, Israel’s flagship Web3 conference is poised to host more than 800 developers, startup founders, and crypto visionaries from around the world.
Now in its most ambitious edition yet, Building Blocks 2025 boasts a lineup of top-tier speakers, including tech thinker Eric Weinstein, eToro CEO Yoni Assia, and EtherFi Co-Founder Mike Silagadze. The event, organized by Collider in partnership with trailblazing Israeli tech companies like Starkware and Fireblocks, has become the Middle East’s largest Web3 gathering focused solely on builders.
This year’s agenda centers around three dynamic themes: building crypto startups, onboarding into Web3, and pioneering new forms of blockchain innovation. Attendees will dive deep into advanced concepts like restaking, Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs), Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE), and Multi-Party Computation (MPC) technologies that are reshaping the digital frontier.
Sessions will range from keynotes to interactive workshops, offering a rich blend of strategic insight and practical knowledge. Among the top voices taking the stage are Eli Ben Sasson, CEO of Starkware, whose firm is making blockchain transactions faster and more cost-effective; Ameen Soleimani, a leading entrepreneur dedicated to real-world blockchain adoption; and Eva Beylin, formerly of TheGraph, whose work in decentralized infrastructure has supported global blockchain scalability.
Collider’s General Partner Adam Benayoun described the event as a direct line to “the unicorn playbook,” with founders of billion-dollar companies providing actionable guidance. Weinstein’s thought leadership on the future of crypto adds another layer of depth to what promises to be a milestone moment for Israel’s innovation ecosystem.
Held at the iconic Container Forest space in Jaffa, the conference serves as the central hub of ETHTLV Week, with a packed schedule of investor meetups, networking breakfasts, and curated side events spread across Tel Aviv’s tech scene.
Building Blocks continues to position Israel as a global hub of Web3 innovation. With its unmatched blend of technical rigor, entrepreneurial spirit, and communal collaboration, this year’s event reaffirms the country's role at the forefront of blockchain progress.
