Israeli golfer Laetitia Beck turns her game into a platform for hope

From the Epson Tour to the Olympics, Beck proudly carries Israel’s name and causes close to her heart onto the world stage.

On fairways across the globe, Laetitia Beck’s presence is unmistakable not just for her skill, but for the message she carries. As a professional golfer on the Epson Tour and the first Israeli to qualify for the LPGA Tour, Beck uses her platform to showcase pride in her homeland and champion causes that reflect Israel’s values of compassion, healing, and unity.

Her golf bag tells the story before she swings a club. It bears the logos of two Israeli organizations: Brothers for Life, which supports wounded IDF veterans, and the Shalva National Center, which provides care for children and adults with disabilities in Israel.

“I proudly carry the Shalva logo on my golf bag, which often sparks conversations and gives me the opportunity to share the incredible work the organization does for children and families in Israel,” says Beck. She also supports Brothers for Life, hosting golf clinics for injured soldiers when they visit Miami moments she describes as deeply meaningful.

Born in Belgium and raised in Israel, Beck’s career has been filled with milestones. A standout athlete at Duke University, she helped lead her team to the 2014 NCAA Championship. In 2015, she made history by qualifying for the LPGA Tour, and she has since represented Israel in the Olympics, the Maccabiah Games, and tournaments around the world. This past year saw her secure her first professional Epson Tour victory and record her first professional hole-in-one.

For Beck, representing Israel is about more than athletic achievement. “I’ve always been passionate about proudly representing Israel and the Jewish people,” she says. “I see my platform as an opportunity to inspire young Jewish athletes and encourage others to embrace and take pride in their Jewish identity.”

In an era when public figures often shy away from controversy, Beck stands tall, turning her sport into a stage for advocacy and inspiration. Whether hosting wounded veterans on the green or raising awareness for children with disabilities, her work extends far beyond the scorecard.

Every swing is a statement a celebration of life, dignity, and unity. And for Laetitia Beck, that is the ultimate victory.
