Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders to Visit Israel for Economic Partnership Talks
Arkansas leader to meet Israeli officials and business leaders to boost investment and innovation ties.

Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced plans to visit Israel in the coming weeks, aiming to deepen economic cooperation between the State of Arkansas and the Jewish State. In a post on X/Twitter Thursday, she shared her intention to meet with top Israeli government officials and business leaders to explore new opportunities in agriculture, manufacturing, and innovation.
Highlighting Israel’s reputation as a global tech and agricultural leader, Huckabee Sanders said, “As my dad likes to say, it's the one place in the world you visit for the first time and it feels like coming home.”
Her father, Mike Huckabee now serving as the US Ambassador to Israel has long been an outspoken supporter of the Israeli people. A prominent evangelical Christian and political figure, Ambassador Huckabee has consistently backed Israel’s sovereign rights, including its development efforts in Judea and Samaria.
The governor’s visit aims to translate shared values into tangible economic growth. Arkansas seeks to attract Israeli investment and foster partnerships in advanced farming, water technology, and precision manufacturing sectors where Israeli innovation leads the world.
After her stop in Israel, Governor Huckabee Sanders will continue to the United Arab Emirates, where she plans to advance similar economic discussions and promote Arkansas as a destination for foreign investment and job creation.
Her journey reflects a broader trend of US state-level leaders turning to Israel for inspiration, expertise, and cooperation. Israel’s spirit of innovation continues to transcend borders and politics, offering solutions and partnerships for a better global future.
