Trump Urges Public to Watch Documentary on Hamas Atrocities

Former President and the presumptive 2024 Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump urged his supporters on Monday to watch a documentary film produced by former Meta/Facebook executive Sheryl Sandberg. The film, titled "Screams Before Silence," exposes the atrocities committed by Gaza terrorists during and after the October 7th attacks.

Taking to Truth Social, Trump's social media platform, he encouraged his followers to view the Israeli documentary, which includes harrowing testimony from survivors and first responders. The film features accounts from Amit Soussana, a resident of a Gaza border town who was held captive and raped, and witnesses of the Nova Music Festival massacre.

“The Documentary, ‘Screams before Silence,’ is incredibly difficult to watch because, sadly, it graphically portrays the Death and Destruction that Hamas has unleashed,” Trump wrote. “I urge people to support the Documentary and watch, if able.”

The film was recently screened at a White House event hosted by Vice President Kamala Harris. Trump called on Hamas to release all remaining captives, including eight Americans, and advocated for an American policy of “peace through strength.”

“We demand that all Hostages taken October 7th from Israel, and being held in Gaza, be released immediately, including eight Americans, and Citizens from over twenty other Countries, so that the war can come to an end. PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH!”

Trump’s post included a link to the full 57-minute film, encouraging widespread viewership to understand the full impact of the attacks.
