Weapons Cache Found Hidden in Women’s Clothing Store in Hebron
Israeli security forces uncover guns, swords, and combat gear amid West Bank arms trafficking investigation.

In a major security operation, Israeli forces uncovered a hidden weapons cache inside a women’s clothing store in Hebron, the IDF and Israel Police announced Wednesday. The raid, guided by precise intelligence from the Shin Bet, was part of a broader crackdown on arms trafficking in the West Bank.
During the search, security personnel discovered hundreds of weapons and combat items, including guns, 61 knives, four swords, and 18 pepper sprays, all hidden within the store. The entire arsenal has been transferred for further investigation and processing.
The operation was launched as forces moved to arrest a suspect involved in illegal arms trading. Upon identifying the approaching officers, the suspect attempted to lock the store and flee but was swiftly apprehended.
The incident highlights the growing challenges Israel faces in rooting out terror-linked infrastructure embedded within civilian areas, including commercial spaces in heavily populated urban zones like Hebron.
With the West Bank remaining a focal point of security tension, the ability of Israeli forces to act decisively and with intelligence precision continues to prevent these weapons from reaching the hands of terrorists.
